SUMMER LIFTING CAMP

- Boys – 9:30 – 11:00 am
Grades: 7-12th Grade (24-25 school year)
Location: Eastmark High School Weight Room
Skills: Strength & Conditioning, Flexibility, Mobility and Functional Fitness
