Please see below for our 2023 Summer workouts – geared and written for field athletes – this is a six week program. In general I would classify these workouts as FUNCTIONAL, blending elements of strength, core, cardio and mobility through a variety of program design (horizontal loading, circuit/interval, drop sets, etc) and medium (bands, kettlebells, dumbbells, bodyweight, etc).
All workouts are written by Coach Best, NASM CPT, PES. You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs.
The program has activities for all seven days of the week, we will be working out together in the weight room at Eastmark HS Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. if you’d like to join us.
